چکیده

Introduction: Renomedullary interstitial cell tumors are benign of renal medulla. They usually asymptomatic, and preoperative diagnosis based on radiological findings is challenging. Therefore, in most clinical situations, nephrectomy ultimately performed for differential diagnosis. Case Presentation: A 54-year-old woman presented to our hospital with hematuria. An incidental mass the left kidney was detected abdominal computed tomography (CT) scan. The showed iso-attenuation parenchyma pre-contrast image hypo-attenuation portal venous phase; however, some enhancement observed central portion mass. Based contrast-enhanced ultrasonography (CEUS) after one year, a slight septum-like phase. In dynamic T1- T2-weighted magnetic resonance images (MRI), low signal intensity, delayed persistent 10- 15-minute phases. finally diagnosed as renomedullary tumor. Conclusion: imaging included low-signal-intensity medulla MRI CEUS MRI.
